EULA - End User License Agreement

Subject to the following terms and conditions, the author grants to you a non-exclusive license to use ReadClip Hotkeys ("Products"), which consists of the software ("Software") and the related documentation ("Documentation"). The term "Software" means all the software programs and libraries licensed to you as a single integrated product and the term "Documentation" refers to all the manuals licensed to you.

LICENSE

This license is for a single user. You may use licensed software on one computer at a time. Under no circumstances shall the software be used by more than one individual. You may freely distribute the shareware version of the products providing you do not distribute the products license file (Register.txt). You may copy the software for backup purposes only. You may not grant sublicenses, lease, or other rights in the Products. You may not translate, recast, transform, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the
software. Please contact sales@readclip.com for special commercial licensing provisions in these circumstances. In the case of an authorized transfer, the transferee must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

YOU MAY NOT USE, COPY, MODIFY OR TRANSFER THE SOFTWARE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LICENSE.

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the software together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form. The license also terminates if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

The author retains title to the ownership of the software. All copies and portions of the software, in any form, belong to the author which retains all rights not expressly granted. Nothing in this License Agreement constitutes a waver of the author's rights under the Canadian copyright laws or any other Federal or Provincial Law.

This software and accompanying documentation are protected by Canadian Copyright laws and also by International Treaty provisions. Any use of the software in violation of these laws constitutes termination of the license and can lead to prosecution.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Defective CDs returned to the author within 60 days from the date of purchase will be replaced at no charge. The author does not warrant that the functions contained in this software will meet your requirements or that the software will be error free. The authors entire liability and
your exclusive remedy shall be the replacement of the software not meeting the authors "Limited Warranty" and which is returned to the author within the warranty period with proof of ownership.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PROGRAM, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM AND DOCUMENTATION IS ASSUMED BY THE LICENSEE.
